Susan Kallsen serves clients and the firm as Director of Professional Services. In this role, she is a liaison to identify client needs, service fulfillment, resource allocation, and standards of methodology. She is also the administrative officer ensuring that a high standard of administrative support service is available and provided to the firm’s partners and principals.

Susan’s experience includes senior administrative support assignments for CEOs and Boards of Directors of healthcare organizations. She served as Executive Assistant to the President / CEO and the Board of St. Peter’s Health System and its related companies. She has functioned in the role of corporate secretary with understanding of issues of governance, regulation, and disclosure.

Prior to her eight years with St. Peter’s, Susan served in similar capacity with St. Elizabeth Nurses (SEN) Community Health Care, and the Juravinski Regional Cancer Centre, Hamilton, Ontario.

Susan Kallsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario and a Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario.

Susan is married to Tom and they have two adult children. She is a marathon runner having run in Boston (3 times), Philadelphia, Washington, DC (2 times), Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, and others. Her plan is to run the cities of North America that she hasn’t yet experienced. Tomorrow, the globe.
